Katharine Partridge is a communications specialist with extensive experience consulting to, editing and writing for government and non-governmental organizations at the federal, provincial and community level. She specializes in stakeholder dialogue and communications and is interested in building multi-channeled dialogues between sustainable organizations and their stakeholders.

Katharine's recent projects include lead consultant on From Words to Action, Volume 1: Practitioners’ Perspectives on Stakeholder Engagement (Spring 2005, with UNEP and AccountAbility); short-lister and judge for the North American CERES/ACCA award program for sustainable development reporting, lead writer on DuPont Canada’s 2003 Sustainable Growth Report; lead on stakeholder consultation for Industry Canada’s Draft Sustainable Development Strategy 2003–2006; co-author of a report for a major IT consultancy on international best practices in corporate sustainability reporting; event planning for and report author of the Learning Circles on Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Reporting ; and lead author of the Report on the Summit on Corporate Environmental and Sustainability Reporting. Katharine has 20+ years experience as a journalist and has been published in more than a dozen Canadian publications. She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University , with a specialty in Business and Sustainability.
