Dr. Elizabeth Kurucz is a Senior Partner with Stakeholder Research Associates Canada and is Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Sustainable Commerce in the Department of Business, College of Management and Economics at the University of Guelph.

Her scholarship is in the area of organizational change, stakeholder engagement and sustainability. Dr. Kurucz's work focuses on stakeholder engagement and the social construction of sustainability, the role of leaders as reflective practitioners for change, the potential for human resource management systems to advance sustainability in organizations and societal learning for sustainability across a range of sectors.

She has conducted research in government, business and civil society organizations spanning a range of sectors, has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in sustainability and stakeholder engagement for students in business (MBA, BBA, B.Comm), leadership (MA Leadership), engineering (MEPP), advertising (EMDes) and environmental studies (MES) and has published several recent book chapters and articles on human resource management, sustainable business and corporate social responsibility.
