Charles Jackson is Director of the Centre for Stakeholding and Sustainable Enterprise and a Visiting Professor at Kingston University Business School. At Kingston, he conducts stakeholder consultation and surveys for leading UK and global companies as well as government and civil society organizations. The focus of much of his work is on relationship building between organizations and their stakeholders.

Alongside his work for Stakeholder Research Associates, Charles is also Survey Director for the Career Innovation (Ci) Group, an international alliance of employers dedicated to becoming "inspiring companies" and a Fellow of the National Institute for Careers Education and Counselling in the UK. He directed the research for the Ci Report Riding the Wave: The New Global Career Culture and has recently co-authored a report for the Work Foundation on Managing Careers in Large Organisations.He has written extensively on employment issues and HR practice as well as corporate social responsibility.

Previously, Charles worked at the Institute for Employment Studies, an international centre for research and consultancy on employment policy and human resource issues. Before that he taught in the School of Psychology at the University of Wales, Cardiff, where he was Director of Postgraduate Studies responsible for postgraduate courses in organizational and applied psychology. Educated at Nottingham and Aston Universities, he has also been an Honorary Fellow in the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota.
